WARRANTY
We stand by our products and provide the following warranty from the date of shipment. The warranty covers defects in materials under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or any other circumstance beyond wear and tear. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@uvresources.com with proof of purchase, detailed pictures, and a claim description. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back for warranty evaluation. We will cover the return shipping costs for valid warranty claims. At your request, UV Resources can immediately ship the replacement item; however, the defective item must be received by UV Resources within thirty (30) days of the RMA being issued. Otherwise, the replacement item will be sent after the defective item has been received, inspected, and found to be non-operational. If you choose immediate replacement, your account will be charged for the cost of the item if the defective item is not received within thirty (30) days, or the defective item is found to be operational. The warranty period is not extended or renewed upon the product’s repair; the original warranty period applies. Our liability is limited to the product’s repair, replacement, or refund under warranty. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this warranty policy at any time, but such changes will not affect the terms applicable to existing warranties.
Warranties for specific products are as follows.
- Ballasts – Three (3) years from the date of shipment
- Lamps – One (1) year from the date of shipment
- Lamp Connector – One (1) year from the date of shipment
NOTE: Our lamp warranty does not cover broken lamps; it applies only to non-functioning lamps.
- Broken Lamps: We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. As a courtesy, UV Resources will assist customers with three (3) or fewer broken lamps if reported within four (4) days from the delivery date. We recommend initiating a claim with the delivery carrier for more than three (3) broken lamps. Please capture the necessary pictures to support your claim.
NOTE: The warranty provided by UV Resources does not cover broken lamps; it applies only to non-functioning lamps.
